I began Once is Enough in the summer of 2012 as a place to explore my love for writing while discussing what inspires me, makes me laugh, moves me & irks me every day. I don’t know how to wink, or whistle, and I can’t tell my right from my left. I’m a born-and-bred Jersey girl and I certainly never pump my own gas. I’m lucky enough to call the Jersey Shore my home and live every day by the saying you only live once. To paraphrase Mae West – if you do it right, once is enough.
